The Villa is situated just a 4-minute drive from Jávea’s beaches and restaurants. Recently renovated, this secluded plot offers all day sun, a private pool and stunning views over Jávea and the Montgó Mountain.
Our Mediterranean landscaped garden comes complete with a Pergola, sun deck, BBQ area and a small grassy lawn.
Our 800sqM private plot includes a 8x3m pool, wooden slatted pergola with outdoor furniture and a sun deck with 4 sun loungers. Outside you will also find a small grassy lawn and a BBQ/outdoor eating area.
Inside there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms; a king, a double, and a third room containing bunk beds. There is also a well-equipped air-conditioned kitchen and open-plan living area with a sofa, smart TV, dining table and breakfast bar.
The front of the property is dominated by the Naya (covered terrace area), which offers stunning views over Javea and the surrounding mountains. A 6-person, handmade solid wood table is located in the Naya and is the perfect spot for a sunset dinner.
